Fresh Grocery Store Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Options
  • Local Delivery: We partner with third-party providers like Instacart and Uber Eats to bring groceries directly to your door.
  • In-Store Pickup: Order online and select a convenient pickup timeslot. Personal shoppers will hand-select your items to ensure quality. 
2. Shipping Costs & Fees
  • Standard Delivery Fee: Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery provider used.
  • Free Delivery: Some retailers offer free delivery on your first few orders or for orders exceeding a specific amount (e.g., $35 or $50).
  • Restocking Fees: A fee (typically around 20%) may apply if a delivery fails because no one was home to receive perishable goods. 
3. Delivery Timeframes 
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in many areas, with orders often arriving within 2 hours of placement.
  • Order Cut-offs: Orders placed before specific times (e.g., 11:00 AM EST) are typically processed and delivered the same business day. 
4. Perishable & Restricted Items 
  • Temperature Control: Perishable items are packed to maintain freshness during transit; however, customers are encouraged to be present to receive these items immediately.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items like aerosols or certain alcohol-based cleansers may be restricted to ground-only transport and cannot be shipped via air.
  • Age-Restricted Items: Orders containing alcohol or tobacco require a person of legal age with a valid ID to be present at the time of delivery. 
5. Shipping Regions
  • We currently deliver to residential addresses within our specified service zones. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is generally not available for grocery items.
