At Fresh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren’t happy with a purchase, we’re here to help.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return most items within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase Required
To process any return or exchange, a valid proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the request. Acceptable forms include:
  • Original paper register receipt.
  • Digital receipt via our mobile app.
  • Valid transaction history linked to a "Fresh" loyalty account.
Freshness & Quality Assurance
  • Perishables: For produce, meat, or dairy that does not meet our quality standards, please return the item within the 14-day window for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Perishables: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for gift cards, tobacco, alcohol, or clearance items. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
